Mint & Melon Mignonette

I love an alliteration almost as much as I love this fresh & crisp mignonette! It makes slurping down oysters on a hot summer’s day particularly enjoyable! Oh, and the wine helps too!

Ingredients:

½ cup finely diced honeydew melon

¼ cup finely diced shallot

2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 Tablespoons Ra Ra Wine Co. Melon de Bourgogne

1 Tablespoon finely diced mint

Method: 

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well mixed. Serve with raw oysters!
