Mint & Melon Mignonette
Ingredients:
½ cup finely diced honeydew melon
¼ cup finely diced shallot
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons Ra Ra Wine Co. Melon de Bourgogne
1 Tablespoon finely diced mint
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well mixed. Serve with raw oysters!
